This story begins with a rather attractive young doodly-squat named Edmond Dantes, who is in force(p) functionting back from a journey aboard the Pharaon. The vessels owner, Mr. Morrel, finds tincture forward that his ships captain died along the way and that Mr. Dantes took over the duties with awful skill. Mr. Morrel hires him offici eachy as the Captain for the next voyage. Dantes plans to marry with Mercedes, a beautiful girl who has been waiting for him to arrive from his voyage. He and his fathers earliest appear to very promising, however Dantes future will neer come to pass. His achievement, being with child(p), also gets him the attention of one-third the great unwashed who plan to ruin him. They are Danglars, Fernand Mondego, and Caderousse. Monsieur de Villefort is worried about his own personal career, and so not taking strong action in this slip of paper power ruin his own reputation among the ruling royalists.

During the course of Dantes imprisonment, the politcs change and Dante is left to suffice out the unjust sentence he has been given. His fate changes once more when his neighbor, who was secretly building a dig to escape, ends up creating a path to Dantes cellular telephone instead. He tells Dantes of a large harbor on the Isle of Monte Cristo, and hopes that Dantes back find it if he ever manages to escape. Finally his neighboring cell mate dies and Dantes replaces the bole with his own.
